The 3M™ Littmann® Master Cardiology™ Stethoscope features adjustable diaphragm technology, a 3M innovation, allowing clinicians to easily adjust the pressure on the listener to hear sounds at different frequencies. Unlike double-sided models, there's no need to flip and reposition the listener. Hold the listener with light pressure to hear low-frequency sounds; press slightly harder to hear higher-frequency sounds. Earpiece tension can be easily adjusted to head size and comfort by tightening or separating the ear tubes.
